Introduction to equipment functions and applications:

This machine is automatically controlled by a PLC program and features a user-friendly touchscreen interface in both Chinese and English. Automatically loading and feeding materials, the CCD visual positioning system, combined with a UVW correction platform, searches for and locates the material. Dual servo motors drive imported high-precision ball screw modules for lateral positioning and feeding. It boasts high speed and precision (not affected by material dimensions). Suitable for the card manufacturing industry, this machine features a proprietary visual camera positioning system, a completely in-house design, which significantly reduces the need for end product sorting and reduces production labor costs.

Features:

Feeding unit: Screw lifting design, stable operation, electric eye detects the material to be punched, ensuring that the last piece of material can be stably fed to the positioning unit for punching.

Positioning unit: high-resolution camera image positioning, punching accuracy ± 0.1mm .

Material pushing unit: uses screw and ball imported from advanced countries to push materials, with stable transportation and accurate positioning.

Punching Unit: High-resolution image positioning, PLC -controlled punching, configurable equidistant and cursor punching, with punching accuracy within 0.1mm . This effectively reduces defective cards caused by deformation during punching, even for large card bodies subject to laminated deformation.

Card sorting unit: Cards in the same position can be placed in the same card sorting slot according to the set layout, effectively reducing the manpower for customer card sorting and saving labor costs.

Card receiving unit: card slots are made according to customer needs to solve the problem of mixed materials when customers sort cards and the needs of mixed typesetting of multiple small quantities.

Touch screen control settings, easy and fast operation.

Cards can be collected in order of serial number, and 200-300 cards can be packed in boxes.
